WP-Theme: Gormspace 1.0

Following the "release" of ShutterView, I've decided to release also the theme that I'm currently using. It is a 3-column theme based loosely on Whitespace by theundersigned.net. It has an integrated Heatmap Tag cloud plugin by engadgeted.net. Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict. NOT widget-friendly. Of course, I had to remove some of the items in the sidebar that uses plugins that I can not integrate. Well, all of the plugins will be integrated in the next release. WP-Theme: ShutterView

This is one of the things I was planning to do to make a mark in the blogosphere. At first, I designed my website from scratch. No database, no PHP. Just plain ol' notepad scripting and some CSS. Then Carlo introduced me to WordPress and I'm hooked. I can manage my posts and pages, etc. more efficiently. Of course, I also wanted to display my favorite pictures. I tested out some photo gallery software and I soon realized how much a pain it is to integrate the gallery with the theme I'm using. The closest I came to integrating my photo gallery with my theme is with the PhotoPress plugin. That's when I started learning PHP and MySQL and CSS standards. I've also searched the web for a photoblog theme for WordPress but I can't find any. Well, at least, none that suited my taste. That's how I came up with ShutterView.
