WordPress 2.0.1 has been released, what, 3 days ago? and I still haven't upgraded to it yet. I didn't have any issues with 2.0 so I want to know if I NEED to upgrade to 2.0.1 immediately. I don't have an FTP client readily available anyway. I might as well do it from home. Why do we need to upgrade anyway? Well, if we don't upgrade, we MIGHT be vulnerable to some exploits, attacks, and whatever. These exploits can happen today, tomorrow, or, if you're lucky enough, fifty years after you're dead. However, there will always be the question, 'what if it happened in the next few seconds?' Would you want to know if it does or will you take charge and be proactive in protecting you and your website? I will be doing my upgrade later after work. Of that, I'm sure. A little paranoia never hurt anyone anyway. Emphasis on 'little.'
